New Google Classroom features for 2017

Google Classroom has come out with some new features in time for the 2017-18 school-year.

These include:

  • Dragging and dropping your classrooms into an order that makes sense for you
  • Displaying your class code in full screen
  • Creating classes automatically through your class administrative system
  • Viewing grades for individual students at a glance
  • Transferring ownership of a class to a new teacher
  • Assigning decimal grades for assignments
  • Importing grades from a Google Form quiz
