School 21, a British school, has created an oracy project [and here]. The site includes a down loadable framework (isolates key components of communication (linguistic, physical, cognitive and social & emotional), videos (oracy in the classroom and real world – they showcase the work of staff and students at School 21 and were produced by  Edutopia as part of their Schools that work series.).
