Optimism – essential resource of effective leaders

The Ministry has released a new (42 page, #8, Winter 2015/2016) monograph in the Ideas into Action series for education leaders titled Exploring the “Psychological” Personal Leadership Resources: Optimism, Self-Efficacy, Resilience & Proactivity.
