Digital Citizenship

Recently I wrote a blog on Information literacy resources. Related to this is “digital literacy”.

The Library has received a new book from the ETFO titled Think, Respect and Thrive : An ETFO Digital Citizenship Curriculum Resource (2105). From page 11:

“Students have a right to meaningful education that empowers them to use technology in purposeful ways an that simultaneously promotes the development of positive character attributes. The purpose of this document is to provide information, rationale, tools, lessons and resources to support teachers (me: K to Gr 8) in engaging in Digital Citizenship conversations with all ages of elementary students.”
