Check out this online,  free professional learning venue offered through TeachOntario. Note that you have to register with TeachOntario to access many of their resources.

From their December 9th e- newsletter:

“Join TeachOntario’s expert teachers from across the province as they share pedagogical knowledge and best practices in a free online, interactive professional learning webinar series.

Topics include:

  • 3D Printing
  • Blended Learning
  • Minecraft in the Classroom
  • Google Apps for Educators (GAFE)
  • Plus many more!

The hour-long sessions go live at 7:30 p.m. EST Thursday nights starting January 14, 2016. The sessions are conducted online using free web conferencing software. The learning will continue on TeachOntario in discussion groups.
