Check out this passionate TEDtalk from American secondary school principal Linda Cliatt-Wayman titled How to fix a broken school: Lead Fearlessly, Love hard. Linda was a new principal in a Philadelphia school deemed “failing and persistently dangerous”.

She turned the school around with many positive actions, and 3 slogans:

  1. If you are going to lead, lead
  2. So what – now what
  3. “If nobody told you they loved you today, remember I do”

This is a perfect end note for a Friday afternoon.
