  • Artsedge ( Created by the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, this collection features dance, music, theatre, poetry, and more. Collections are created to highlight geographic areas, various mediums, curricular areas, etc.  Be sure to click on the Educators tab to take a look at their high quality lesson plans while you’re there!
  • Brainpop Free Stuff ( Check the arts and music category for free online interactives on the digital animation, Yo Yo Ma, and the Harlem Renaissance.
  • Google Cultural Institute ( Google has used its powerful technologies to capture gorgeous art collections from around the world, ranging from classical to modern to graffiti to toy museums. Each image can be expanded and details are provided by clicking the details icon (three horizontal while bars) at the top left of the item’s screen.
  • National Gallery of Canada ( Browse a large collection of lesson plans and virtual galleries from the National Gallery of Canada. Find lesson plans under At Your School and the galleries/exhibits by clicking Resources and Demonstrations (also found below At Your School), then clicking Gallery Highlights.
