New books for healthy students

Mental health and wellness is big, big, big! Here are three new books for TDSB teachers:

  1. Healthy mindsets for super kids:  A resilience programme for children ages 7-14 (Stephanie Azri, 2013)
  2. The stress reduction workbook for teens:Mindfulness skills to help you deal with stress (Gina Biegel, 2009)
  3. Teen Anxiety: A CBT and ACT activity resource book for helping anxious adolescents … with 60 photocopiable activities (Raychelle Cassada Lohmann, 2015)
